What Are We Fighting For?

This is still a work in progress. It's a twisted little ditty that is the result of listening to 1970 Atlantic Recording Corporation's release of Original Soundtrack of WOODSTOCK and a lot of pain medication (dentist)! It was inspired by and is sung to the song by Country Joe McDonald entitled the "I-Feel-Like-I'm-Fixin-To-Die Rag" Props to both for being my muse! Let me know what you think PLEASE...Don't want to submit it if it's lame!

WHAT ARE WE FIGHTING FOR?

Well C'mon all of you Servicemen,
Uncle Sam needs your help again.
Got All of US in a terrible jam,
Out in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Say goodbye to your world, and pick up a gun,
But it'll be ANYTHING but fun.
